A family and a career – with childcare, you can have it all

We are committed to making sure you can combine your family life with your career. After all, work-life balance is a major issue, even in more rural areas. We can help you to juggle caring for your family with pursuing your career.

Are you currently working and unable to rely on relatives to provide childcare? We can help you meet your childcare requirements and give you the support you need to deal with the challenges of your situation.

All state-run schools in Sarganserland-Werdenberg provide structured childcare services. Other childcare services designed to support working parents are provided by nurseries, playgroups or family centres.

We firmly believe that providing an attractive, varied range of childcare services is essential to tackling the worsening shortage of skilled workers and, by extension, to securing the region’s future competitiveness and development. Isn’t that what we all want?
