The Heidiland holiday region boasts a particularly high concentration of fine-dining venues. Welcome to a culinary paradise, home to around a dozen restaurants listed in the GaultMillau Guide. Our gastronomic flagships are the restaurants Schlüssel in Mels and IGNIV at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz.
If you prefer local specialities to Michelin stars, that’s fine, too. Many local chefs base their menus on regional, seasonal produce, traditionally but creatively prepared. Experience the local cuisine for yourself – you’re in for a treat.
