If you’re standing still, you’re going backwards. We are moving forward, establishing ourselves as a great place to live and work and raising our profile. To help it achieve its objectives, the Sarganserland-Werdenberg Regional Association (Region Sarganserland-Werdenberg) is working on its strategic aims and projects with the help of five Specialist Groups.

Spatial Development, Transport, Education, Economy, External Relations. These are the five key pillars that will help us to establish the region as a great place to live and work, and to make sure it gets the attention it deserves. Specific focus points have also been set for the key themes within each Specialist Group.

Progress requires a powerful engine to drive it forward. The projects associated with our strategic objectives are designed to generate ideas and inspire the region’s development. They are complemented by targeted communication to improve the positioning and perception of the region, both internally and externally.
