On the beautiful trails in the Tamina Valley, you can practise your first steps as a newcomer or develop further as an experienced skier with their technique and training tips. With correctly executed movement sequences, you can enjoy the healthy whole-body workout in nature even more. At the end of the course, there is time to reflect on what you have learned over a warm cup of tea and a snack.
