The sauna ritual (with the leaves of the beech) allows you to feel nature up close and appreciate its power. The beech stands for relaxation, inner peace and grounding. The gentle touch of its leaves, the scent of the forest and the crackling of the fire lead to deep relaxation and intensify the experience of nature. To make the sauna ritual a unique and successful experience, there are some important points to consider: Take enough time to arrive and get involved. Make sure that you do not have any other appointments after the ritual, because the ritual is performed intuitively and can sometimes take a bit longer than planned.
